Are your waste acid tanks constructed from Polypropolene?  Do you employ the plastic welding method for repairing leaks where the line meets the tank?  Does it work?

Belzona has the right products to seal those types of leaks.  Working in conjunction with a local steel mill consultant Rick Blankenship used Belzona 4181 (AHR Magma Quartz) along with Belzona 4341 (Magma CR-4) to seal the joint.

This repair was done over two years ago and is still holding up fabulously.
